I love Eva! Listening to her in the morning is such an inspiration and motivates me to start my gym sessions off right . As a Latina I feel like she understands how hard it is culturally to eat in moderation . Also as a nurse, she understands that raised cortisol level from a workout isn’t the idea for women who have high stressed jobs. She drops a lot of gems as a woman, mother, Latina, and trainer .I love her podcast and look forward to it every week.
I love how relatable Eva is with talking about all the things impacting your weight and not just focusing on working out. I’m someone who prioritizes nourishing diets that are healthy without restriction and I love that this podcast incorporates nourishment in your weight loss journey!

i love how Eva takes a holistic view on health, i loved her episode on the relationship between body image and self worth and how we can struggle with miggling both of them. It’s not black and white when it comes to health and Eva does it a great job at looking at the grey
