In the song wish list I heard “get a couple kids” in stead of “got a couple kids”
Father Figure is Borchette talking to Taylor until the key change and then Taylor starts talking about “dear boy”. There is also literal an interview of Scott saying “I saw potential” in Taylor in interviews and had his own Borchette Bourbon (brown liquor). These stupid men never learn.
Just listened for the 1st time and it was the episode of breaking down the 1st 4 songs lyrics on the Showgirl album. Literally chills and put me in tears. Never heard a better Swiftie podcast with such good vibes ;will be listening on the regular now.

If you want a good laugh check out their misheard lyrics episodes. If you like to keep up with Taylor swift events, than definitely check out their new episodes (and those were REALLY fun during the Eras Tour)

Hi Karli and Jess!
While listening to your Joe Alwyn deep dive after the most recent episode, Cancelled, Wood, A.R., and Wi$h Li$t deep dive, I realized there is a “daisy” lyric in Don’t Blame Me!! The lyric is, “I once was poison ivy, but now, I’m your daisy.” In Wood, you mentioned in the most recent episode that it could be the girl that Joe was cheating on Taylor with. Let me know your thoughts on this lyric new addition!
