I’m currently listening to the episode with the RCMP officer and there’s a lot of gaps in the story about why the police are no longer trusted and why the courts no longer take police at their word. It would be helpful to have another perspective like Crown Counsel or a Defence Lawyer (not Kyla Lee). Also, he gave several incorrect pieces of information on the actual law. This is why police should not give legal advice. But right now it seems like a very biased podcast framing things incorrectly... more
