  • Soothing

I have always found it really difficult to fall asleep my mind doesn’t like to switch off, and the quiet at night somehow makes my thoughts louder. But there’s something about your voice and the way you present that feels incredibly calming. It’s soothing in a way that helps my mind slow down instead of spiral.

The tone, the pace, the warmth it feels safe and steady, like someone guiding you into rest without forcing it. It’s rare to find something that quiets the noise in my head, but this does... more

  • Made me reflect

I just love the way these stories are told. Clearly a lot of effort and time has gone into reconstructing them in a logical time line whilst at the same time providing rich information and empathy.

I am also glad to hear that there are dedicated people out there who work very hard to keep us safe. I don't think these people get nearly enough thanks and recognition for the work they do.
