It is interesting that the mp4 cannot be seen in the blog, but it can be subscribed and viewed by iTunes
The file is orginally in audio wma fomat. I just used windows movie maker to capture the audio file, then added a title caption at the beginning. Afterward, it was output to video wmv format which can be inserted in blogger.
