Tim “the truth hurts” Kawakami is an absolute joke and a terrible excuse for a person. I don’t support people or organizations who have no integrity, so I would never support this podcast.
I hope all true 49ers fan stay away from this podcast. Constantly finds negative things to say no matter the subject. STAY AWAY FAITHFUL
Tim is a subpar sports writer with some connections in the sports community that allow him to keep his job. He regularly lashes out at sports teams/FO's but can't handle anyone doing it to him. In fact, he monitors comments on his Tweets and blocks people (including his own readers) if they say something he doesn't like. This guy is a total DB. There are much better beat writers in the SF bay area that don't behave like a petulant child like this guy.
Tim Kawakami is a good journalist. His pod is a solid listen as long as the guests are of sufficient quality. Of course, with Kawakami, you're gonna get a big helpgin of smugness.
He blocked me on Twitter and I still don't know why but.....I still read his stuff and really enjoy this podcast..easygoing manner brings out good info from the guests....hey Tim....if you read these...give me another chance! Thomas Clark @MauiThomas
