    Really great guests but the host needs to learn to actually interview his guests. It’s a continuous stream of consciousness and don’t know when he takes a breath.

    I’ve been an EMS LT for a couple of years and recently promoted to Fire LT as well. Always looking to expand my knowledge and especially foster my leadership skills. This podcast show is a great listen and chock full of many well qualified guests with amazing knowledge. I highly recommend this show for anyone new to leadership like myself.
