大事なのは、自分の強度を知ること、そして“場面設定”をすること。

今回は少しだけテニスの技術から離れて、
「なぜこのポッドキャストを始めたのか」についてお話ししました。
理由は大きく2つ。

・“想像力”を養い、プレーの質を高めるため
