安欣r大家好，我是安欣。一直以来都是公号、知乎等文字层面和大家交流的，有天突发其想我是不是也可以用声音和大家交流，我讲的很多体制内的方法论都是文字呈现的，可能用说话的方式会让大家体会更深，毕竟用一个“活人”去讲述会更有“真实感”和“重点感”。就在构思之中某天段前辈偶然误碰给我打了电话，我接了电话寒暄了一会，也就某个正回复的咨询聊了一个多小时，快挂电话时我突然灵光一闪，我说段前辈我想做个播客，你愿不愿意做嘉宾和我一起“访谈”。段前辈说微博的博客他没写过，不知道能不能写好。我纠正了是现在音频类的“播客”，段前辈一拍大腿，说试试！所以有了这么一档节目，讲讲提拔、调动、请托、贵人等等各式各样的单位日常，主要还是拆解。当然，听故事，也听没说出口的故事。
