Occasionally I listen to these clowns bragging about how wonderful they are, just in case they have stopped. Sadly they haven’t. They should retitle the podcast” two narcissists and Dumbo do Kiss”. Don’t waste your hearing.

  • Such Dedication

I’ve been listening to these guys for years. They blocked me from Facebook as I took issue with their “shocker” symbol as I found it gross and immature. But that aside I’ll say they’re terrific podcasters with amazing insight and discussion around Kiss. It’s a super entertaining show for hardcore fans. My only complaint is that they always downplay and defend the negative aspects of the band and members of which there are plenty. I wish they were a little more honest about the band’s obvious lia... more

Used to be a decent show if you could get past the 45 minutes of fan bashing they engage in at the beginning of each episode. I checked out after the End of the Road episode when none of them could bring themselves to voice an honest review of the show.

  • 4 stars

I gave you guys four stars because I’ve heard some really well produced shows and I particularly love when you go back and revisit all albums with producers and stories, etc.. that said, I think it might be time to hang it up. The band is retired and I think you guys have covered some really good stuff, I’m 29 minutes into today’s episode and you really haven’t talked about the band at all. It’s been all personal stories, talk about being a professional drummer, blah blah. Like, Gene, says. Run ... more

BRIAN TICHY From KISS Fan to Playing with GENE SIMMONS & His New Band LED BY VULTURES
Q: Led By Vultures is your project now; how does it feel to have creative control after years of playing in other people's bands?
It's liberating and motivating to finally shape music on my own terms, writing and producing the songs from concept to finish and choosing the direction, tones, and performances. It's a relief to hear my own voice come through and to build a band that sounds like a cohesive unit rather than a collection of sessions.
You Ask Us The Questions and We Answer All of Them! Another Hit & Run Episode!
Q: Not necessarily KISS related, but aside from obviously your kids being born, what is one accomplishment that you are most proud of?
I became a father later in my life and had a lot of amazing experiences and accomplishments before I was a father, and then seeing my child grow and succeed becomes the most meaningful accomplishment that dwarfs others.
Similarities of Being a KISS Fan and a Beatles Fan with Special Guest Drew Lane
Q: What do you think about remix culture and re-releasing old material?
The panel agrees remixes can rejuvenate classics and attract new listeners, while also acknowledging the costs and debates over fidelity vs. new interpretation.
Martin Popoff Takes Us Back to 1976 with His New Book KISS ‘76
Q: What did you learn while writing 'KISS 76'?
I learned about the overall impact of KISS during that year and how they competed with other major artists.
Bill Hein from Flatiron Recordings Joins to Talk the New Peter Criss Album He is Distributing
Q: What about inventory and stock levels?
Hein mentions that the album sold out quickly, which was unexpected, and they are in the process of reprinting and stocking up again.
