This episode was useless. A puff piece. The reporter asked no hard questions. Didn’t challenge the CEO, just allowed him to write his own narrative of the TTC. 64% of riders are satisfied is a laughable statistic. I just listened to the episode about increased police presence in our city. The host (forgive me, I can’t remember his name) did an incredible job interviewing both guests, and kept asking the follow up questions to dig in deeper. Count me as a new follower of this podcast series - essential listening if you’re a Toronto resident, connecting us to what’s happening in our own backyard. Bravo.
