  • Really enjoy this

I enjoy this podcast and the length. Sometimes her cheery voice when saying “and 18,000 people died” is off putting

  • It's way too short and the topics are chosen stupidly. Ex. I'm writing this on July 20th. Today the moon landing occurred, an assassination attempt on Hitler failed, and sitting bull surrendered to US forces. But that's not what they talk about, they talk about how Bruce Lee died today. I came here for the history, not Hollywood actors dying.

  • Love this podcast BUT

I did not need a complete breakdown of the finale of the Sopranos. The people who care about this show already know how it ended so why did you need to spoil it for everyone else? Plus there has to be something more interesting that happened on this day than the last episode of the Sopranos.

  • Enjoy the podcasts, but someone needs to check the facts!

I listen to the podcast every day as part of my morning routine and really enjoy the host and brief history lesson. But as another reviewer wrote, in the March 14, 2025 episode it was stated that Einstein had email! Quite a while back I was listening to an episode where it was said to be an anniversary of one of the Space Shuttle disasters. I remember being baffled at the time because it was probably around April, but I knew that the disasters happened in January and February. And just today, th... more

  • Einstein had eMail?

During the episode dated March 14, 2025, the host, Ms. Elise spoke on Albert Einstein being considered a political radical that the government went so far to spy on him, they even “opened his email”. Not only can you CLEARLY hear her say “email”, it is also written in the transcript of the episode. Very interesting given the fact that Einstein died in the 50s and email wasn’t even considered a possibility until the 60s.🤨
