#48: God, Universals, and the Nature of Reality: The Realism/Nominalism Debate, Part 4 (with special guest Paul Gould, Ph.D)
Q: How does divine conceptualism handle the idea of truth and propositions?
Truths are identified with divine thoughts, and propositions exist as abstract objects within the divine mind, grounding them in God rather than existing independently in a Platonic realm.

Q: What is the main distinction between moderate realism and divine conceptualism?
Moderate realism posits universals as abstract objects that exist in some form but are instantiated in particular things, whereas divine conceptualism places universals and abstract objects in the divine mind, grounding them in God and then instantiating or relating them to creation.

She began as a biochemistry student with questions about God and science, then moved into brain imaging and later apologetics, realizing that science and faith can inform one another rather than oppose.
