“People say that what we’re all seeking is a meaning for life. I don’t think that’s what we’re really seeking. I think that what we’re seeking is…to actually feel the rapture of being alive.” This is a quote by Joseph Campbell that kicks off the book... more

Was excited to find this podcast as the subject matter really interests me , but the episodes are a half very surface level general unscripted musing on the topic with no reference to any evidence on the claims and no practical advice, and then half ads. For example a recent episode on trauma could be boiled down to: resolve your trauma. No other insight beyond that. Seems like the host is just phoning it in at this point to cash a paycheck on the ads.
Kevin has struggled to not be as popular as he wants so he has started buying fake ratings. Notice over 1000 ratings but only a handful of actual reviews. Kevin you were a good interviewer but now you are ruining your reputation.
What Drives Your Health with Dr. Randy James are the best and most helpful episodes! Enjoy their unique perspectives with both a natural approach and traditional medicine.
I wish there was more actual content instead of endless commercials
