The big question - what is the meaning of life? The great quest - to find meaning in life. I devoted my life to filling all the roles, pursuing all the achievements, and engaging with all the relationships I thought would provide the greatest meaning to my life. Only to come to the reckoning that the world doesn't give meaning to my life. I do. Join me as I discuss how we make meaning from our liv... more

The Kevin Miller Podcast stands out because it doesn’t just talk about personal growth, it invites you to truly examine how you’re living and what’s driving your choices. Kevin has a way of asking the kinds of questions that stick with you long after the episode ends. I consistently walk away with both a new perspective and something tangible to apply in my own life.
Was excited to find this podcast as the subject matter really interests me , but the episodes are a half very surface level general unscripted musing on the topic with no reference to any evidence on the claims and no practical advice, and then half ads. For example a recent episode on trauma could be boiled down to: resolve your trauma. No other insight beyond that. Seems like the host is just phoning it in at this point to cash a paycheck on the ads.
Kevin has struggled to not be as popular as he wants so he has started buying fake ratings. Notice over 1000 ratings but only a handful of actual reviews. Kevin you were a good interviewer but now you are ruining your reputation.
What Drives Your Health with Dr. Randy James are the best and most helpful episodes! Enjoy their unique perspectives with both a natural approach and traditional medicine.
I wish there was more actual content instead of endless commercials
