Julie sets a friendly tone and has so much light in her face! One of the messages I’m hearing from this podcast is to prioritize peace in our lives - which could not be more relevant now, culturally. Most of us are not taught to keep coming back to center our own nervous systems, but the reminder here is wonderful. Also, in the 2026 astrology episode, the guest talks about power systems moving from the old top down hierarchy to a more decentralized expression which feels incredibly important.
