Thank you for offering a screen-free class! I lived in CO for 12 years but kind of stopped practicing after I moved to New Mexico so finding this practice has reconnected me to a flow I'm familiar with, so thank you!!! Your guidance is exactly what I was looking for.
My only ask is to please offer an hour session. Nothing gets me more grounded than those extra 20 mins where your mind quiets and a flow-state takes over. I just listen to 2 classes for now. :) Anyways, please continue!
Thank you for such a lovely podcast. I am a tired yoga teacher and these are helping me in my own self care.
