I tried a few of these x files podcasts. This one stands head and shoulders above any other. The two guys are great as a pair. 10/10
Great podcast, I really enjoy being able to chill out with discussion of my favourite show from back in the day. The hosts are entertaining and knowledgeable and it's good to revisit and think about the themes and ideas in a similar way to the forums I was part of in the late 90s early 2000s. Thanks guys and keep em coming!
Just two dudes basically making fun of each episode. No facts or deep dives or anything about the actual show.
I just discovered this podcast because The X-Files is my all-time favorite show and I thought there has to be a podcast out there about it. I’m currently re-watching the series and I’m on season 9. But I’m loving going through season 1 with Graham and Bryan. I love their points of view and how they rate each episode. This already makes me want to re-watch again from the beginning.
I heavily disagree with your guy’s take on Aleck Krychek’s character, and a couple of the other things that you analyze are questionable.
I think that if you guys listen to ‘Safi and Marco Dish out on Movies’ on their take on the X-Files from YouTube, then you will do better while talking about the things that the crew got right and wrong in future episodes.

Two hosts provide scene-by-scene breakdowns of each episode, pairing detailed observations with clear opinions and a consistent scoring system. Across seasons they compare episodes, discuss production choices, creature design, and character dynamics, and close each season by ranking top and bottom entries. The show prizes in-depth analysis, practical effects talk, and a blend of humor and thoughtful critique, making it appealing to longtime fans and anyone rewatching along with a meticulous, point-by-point framework.
