  • A sane voice of reason in a sea of deception

Right now this show is one of the few that actually stick to facts and is crystal clear when it switches to analysis and opinions. And even those are explained with a why, sources and honesty.

I trust a shrinking amount of newsagents anymore, really glad I have this one to keep me informed and to keep me sane!

  • Generally good, when he’s wrong he’s dead wrong.

Repeating unsubstantiated and objectively disprovable claims about Joe Kent’s wife, and taking Joe Kent completely out of context. Been a listener since the beginning. Severely disappointed.

  • The worst episode in a long time, accusing others of antisemitism, who point out Bibi's (& the current govt of Israel) blood libel comments...which in reality are no different than Islamacists. Perhaps we shouldn't embrace either group.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

01 APR 2026: Listener Q&A! Trans Court Decision // Deciding Who's a Muslim vs. An Islamist // Antifa Disappears // No Kings Secret Agenda // Global: Trump Pulls Out of Iran War? / Ukraine Drones / Being a Spy
Q: What exactly happens if Trump walks away from the war with Iran and what could be credited as accomplishments if he pulls back?
Trump could claim success in degrading Iran's nuclear and missile capabilities, while buying time for Gulf Arabs and Israel to regroup; some Arab leaders may pursue their own security measures, potentially including nuclear or covert actions, and a broader realignment with regional partners could occur.
11 MAR 2026: Listener Q&A: Iran's New Sea War // The Ayatollah & Secret Regime Change // Boots on the Ground? // The War's End: Five Scenarios // Russia Targets G.I. Joe // Good Oil News From Texas!
Q: What are the five scenarios for how this war could end, and which path is most likely?
The host presents five scenarios: China escalation (military or economic pressure), Arab coalition involvement, an uprising within Iran, a high-intensity deal that ends major fighting with stringent disarmament, and Trump-style victory with a handoff to regional partners. The analyst leans toward the final option as most plausible for US-focused exit, though each scenario carries significant risks and regional consequences.
11 MAR 2026: Listener Q&A: Iran's New Sea War // The Ayatollah & Secret Regime Change // Boots on the Ground? // The War's End: Five Scenarios // Russia Targets G.I. Joe // Good Oil News From Texas!
Q: How does the recent Iranian mine activity and drone attacks complicate possible peace talks or a path to end the war?
The host explains that Iran's tactics indicate a strategy to keep pressure on shipping lanes and to extract concessions, while the degradation of missiles and drones weakens Iran but does not eliminate its willingness to fight; regime change remains uncertain, and any resolution likely involves layered pressure (air, sabotage, and diplomacy) and potential involvement or influence from regional players.
05 MAR 2026: Iran War Q&A: Who's in Control? // Who Should We Pick To Lead? // Are There "Moderate" Muslims? // Send in US Troops? // China's Oil at Risk? // Is Israel Leading Trump by the Nose?
Q: How much influence did Israel have in pushing Trump toward war with Iran?
He suggests that while allies have influence, no nation has perfect control over U.S. policy; the U.S. should stay laser-focused on its own four objectives (nuclear program, ICBMs, navy, proxies) and delegate regime-change decisions to regional partners like Arabs and Israelis when possible.
05 MAR 2026: Iran War Q&A: Who's in Control? // Who Should We Pick To Lead? // Are There "Moderate" Muslims? // Send in US Troops? // China's Oil at Risk? // Is Israel Leading Trump by the Nose?
Q: What is exactly an Islamic reformist? Define that, and who might that be in Iran?
He argues that the idea of a reformist leader is unlikely today; even if identified, such a person would need broad popular support and credible reformist credentials, which are not evident, and the term may describe people who are culturally Muslim but not philosophically aligned with religious reform.
