Every episode has such different and rich conversations, I find myself laughing at parts, nodding along to others, and making little notes with food tips I never knew! Makes me want to cook even more…

My new favourite podcast and something to look forward to on Wednesdays! I love the guest choice so far and could listen to Tiffany talk all day. I feel inspired to try new things and also return to some of my roots. To slow down, go deeper, pay attention and enjoy the simple (but best) things in life... good healthy food and good healthy people.
I really enjoyed the episode with Darina. I love the knowledge she has and the easy conversation that was had back and forth. Learning to make my own and continue to forage is what I try to do. Getting back to the “olden days”.
Fascinating guests, amazing conversation, all circling around one of my favourite things; FOOD! Lots of great information mixed with laughs; can't wait to keep learning with every epi!!!
