There is a very significant, “exhausted majority” of Americans looking to move past this rotten moment in American life. They have lost trust and faith in government, business, media and not-for-profit institutions at a moment of technological, cultural and economic upheaval. Fascism did not rise in the 1930s because it was strong, but rather, because democracy was weak. The cycle is repeating its... more

The Warning has a very clear message and is generally short and to the point. Steve seems to care greatly about the well being of The United States and knows what he’s talking about from the political and historical perspective. Currently, however, I feel that he’s going around in circles and becoming rather repetitive and a tad overly bombastic to make up for it. Straight up no-nonsense facts from Mr Schmidt
The Judge Luttig July 4th episode FTW!
Steve’s observations about what’s happening in politics are excellent. I would have given this six stars, but sometimes “effing” adverts interrupt and the train of logic gets
lost while I try to advance over them. Also the audio volume of adverts is way too loud. This podcast is one of my daily must-listen-to fare. Keep up the good work and fix where the adverts blast in.
You always tell it like it is. Love it!
