I have been convinced to write a review from you guys talking about it. One of my favorite episodes is when you guys had no agenda. It was so natural and fun to listen to. You guys are so inspiring and give me so much hope to one day be a vet as well. The industry is so lucky to have professionals like you who show the reality of vet med while also showing you can have fun too. I also loveeee the guests and the alternative povs you guys show.

I applaud their bravery to discuss controversial topics and host crucial conversations relating to hot topics affecting the industry. Can’t wait for more interviews on the virulent spread of VPA programs across the country. Keep it coming ladies. PS I’m working my way through your book recommendations on communication and leadership as I try to help our clin... more

Q: What are your thoughts on groomers versus vets doing ear plucking or external anal glands?
Groomers should avoid ear plucking to prevent irritation, while external expressions by groomers can be acceptable but are not as thorough as internal expressions done by vets.
A Conversation With Courtney Allan (Solo Q&A)
