I love a conversation, and Ciara and Anita do not disappoint. Their questions for the guest on the show go beyond the average interview type questions, and a lot of the times those same questions are on the tip of your tongue! Love the show! - Jamal, Thanks for Coming Podcast
The intro theme to this show gives you an idea of the tone as well as the concept of this show. That concept is getting intimate with everyday people. Due to the concept, every episode is profoundly varied, intellectual and usually very informative.
The two hosts are infectiously positive and enthusiastic. There is a really good chemistry between them and the guest gets sucked in to this - comfortably chatting away without any hesitance.

I love this podcast! What makes this series so great is how curious Ciara and Anita are with their guests. They ask the questions I have while listening as well as things I never even thought about. Started off at the end of their series with Sophie and really enjoyed it. Excited to go back and start from the beginning. Subscribe and listen now!
Lovely hosts, suuuuper interesting content, and really engaged guests (nothing is worse than a nearly mute guest on a podcast) I love that they have taken those of us with every day normal lives and shined the spotlight on them, it truly shifts your perspective!
The stories are so interesting and I'm waiting on pins and needles for the next season!!
Two charismatic hosts with such joyful energy! Recommend this podcast if you enjoy having your mind expanded and if you’re interested in hearing about types of career positions in the world we never think about.
They’ve found some interesting people to chat with. Keep it up!
I’ve found that listening in to the lives or actually pretty extraordinary people is a tremendously refreshing haunt away from the celebrity-centric nature of the vast majority of interview shows and media. Delightful! Great hosts! Listen in!
It's easy listening and the hosts have good chemistry. Definitely worth a listen.
As soon as I heard these two lovely voices I just knew it wasn't going to be difficult to listen to more shows; somehow they manage to make it feel so comfortable to listen to, the conversation is natural and funny and I found the interviews interesting too. Subscribed... you should too.
Seriously so glad I found this show. Great quality content and brilliant chemistry all rolled into one. Excellent subscription!
In my own listening, I have trouble getting in to podcasts that don't bring some unique idea or format to the table. Anita and Ciara, however, have created one of those podcasts that has a very strong and unique idea. The celebrity interview genre is getting bigger and bigger, and one feels as if the only interesting people out there are actors and comedians. The Unexceptionals does a fantastic job of shining a light on normal folks who have interesting lives or professions, giving a platform to... more
Great chat, funny comments, and what I like about this is it’s sharing people’s stories and reminds you that everyone has their own story to tell. We might seem unexceptional but in reality we’re all unique.
Definitely worth a listen. JW
