I’m currently in the period in my life where I need to stay positive and encourage and pick myself up and this podcast is helping with that. I am enjoying the range of topics covered in the podcast and the engagement in the dialogues
A friend suggested I give this podcast a listen. To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the title of “Truth Prescription” but should have guessed that he is a doctor.
That said, this podcast can be longer than expected but it doesn’t feel that way. Well presented and after listening to a couple of other episodes, I realized that he has the “Yes” or “BS” segment which gives a totally random perspective for the listener.
