I can relate it to a modern story on my own. A few years ago I tripped across your podcast and fell in love with it. I went all the way back to your very 1st TMBH Podcast and listened non stop. I love all the history. The insight you give as to how the original audience would have received the message, is just what I want. You’re fun, funny and easy to follow. Now I wait for a week to pass, so I can “binge” for more than just 10 min! Keep up the great work. You are truly a blessing to me!

This man just worked the Wolverine becoming Christian X-Men episode into an outstanding breakdown of the Greek language and how we get modern translations. Through it Matt brings such deep insight into one word and really shows the depth of the writing.
When you seek Jesus you can really find Him everywhere and Matt is clearly seeking Jesus. Grateful for your work.

I found Matt through No Dumb Questions podcast. I got to the point of wanting another podcast to listen to as I’m trying to take a break from political podcasts. I decided to fill that void with Biblical podcasts and I remembered Matt talking about his other podcast “TMBH”.
