    Another great episode showing a path to the next generation. There are jobs in Automation and Manufacturing. Preparing this next generation of workforce is so important for the future. Matt and his team do a great job getting principles and those making a difference. I always learn something new. Give it a listen and become aware of what is available to those who love to work with their hands.
