  • Tom made show

Loved the shows with Tom. He had real wisdom. I gave the show a chance after he left. When the other hosts made negative comments about Tom’s age (like they were better just because they are younger) - I decided to quit and close my account. Tom was the foundation. Without him - it’s an empty vessel. And criticizing his age is very weak.

  • Hard to listen to

I’m a new listener to the show. Wasn’t quite sure what they were going for. But the June 20 episode was really hard to listen to. I hope it gets better.

  • Need to give the shows their own podcasts

All of the shows are corralled into one podcast so that every show is just an episode of tastytrade. This makes subscribing impossible because I want to subscribe to only like 4 or 5 shows… not 12, and it forces you to get them all. It would be wonderful if I could subscribe to Overtime, Macro Money, and Price of Truth separately that way my podcast app could auto download them and I could follow them. I had to unsubscribe because I would have to scroll through not just a ton of podcasts that ar... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Live From the Trade Desk - May 29, 2026
Q: Who do we have as a guest on the show?
A special guest named McHugh joins the discussion to share market perspectives and trading ideas.
Risk & Reward - May 29, 2026
Q: What are your thoughts on this insane bull rally? Is this the craziest bull rally we'll probably see in the next decade?
Glenn responds with caution, noting breadth expansion beyond tech as a factor in the rally, and emphasizes patience and selective exposure, avoiding attempts to chase the top while staying prepared for volatility shifts and potential pullbacks. The dialogue also touches on the durability of the move and the importance of ready-to-act adjustments to risk if conditions change.
tasty Extras - May 8, 2026
Q: Have you always looked at these reports?
Yes, I've always looked at labor and inflation data, and their impact depends on the market's state; data matters more when the market is near a 50-50 stance and the Fed's likely actions are uncertain, so you adjust positions accordingly.
Live From the Trade Desk - May 8, 2026
Q: What does your account look like and what do you trade?
Quentin explains he maintains multiple accounts with a mix of long-term stock positions, puts, futures, and zero-day trades, emphasizing a customer-first approach and caution about risk management.
Confirm and Send - May 8, 2026
Q: What size account do you think someone should have if they want to trade many futures?
They suggested a rough range of at least $50,000 for futures and smaller, around $5,000, for micros, with the caveat that not all products are created equal and one should understand notional value and risk.
