A lighthearted, laid back podcast about the public television classic, Arthur. Eli Gross and Chris Huling laugh their way through the episodes while sharing their perspectives, soaking up the nostalgia, and doing a few goofs and bits here and there. We've also improvised/pitched some of our own episode ideas called "Elwood Extras." No swears here folks, we're keeping it wholesome. New episodes app... more

Recording this podcast takes finesse, much like fly fishing. Chris drops some knowledge about drippy adventure gear (not his pants), Eli lands the perfect Leo-based alternative title, and we’ve decided to change the show name to D’Best ArthurP’cast. ... more
Our contractors had some concerns during their inspection of this episode. They found too many inaccurate Oppenheimer references. Also, a complete inability to roll r’s (or l’s or any consonants really). They recommend re-specing into luck to address... more
“Time gets weird, I think it’s been looped. Binky dreams big, and Arthur gets duped. Seinfeld is dangerous, bad for your health. If it’s a mafioso’s birthday, you better share the wealth.” more

Huge Arthur fan and because this show is often brushed to the side because it’s a “kids” show there has never really been a pod or commentary on it. So happy I found this. The guys have great chemistry and the recaps/commentary are great!
Chris and Eli have fantastic chemistry, and the episodes flow so well because of it. When they aren't hilariously dissecting an Arthur episode, their personal stories and ability to improv off of each other keeps me coming back. One of the few podcasts that can actually make me laugh out loud.
I grew up on Arthur and really enjoy the host’s interesting perspectives on the episodes. Please keep making more!!! That’s all I guess, I never write reviews so I have no idea if this one reads as normal? Anyway 5 stars!!!!!
Like the hosts, i grew up on Arthur. I have to say, I completely forgot about the show's existence until a friend turned me onto The Sugarbowl. I'm now looking forward to each episode for the sake of nostalgia, for the sake of learning just how much I missed when watching as a kid, and for the sake of the great commentary.
