An uneducated man from a trailer park that believes every stupid conspiracy in the world and gets big mad when confronted with facts and reason just brings this whole thing down. He actually said some poor person from another country invented everything and America just steals it and takes credit. Way to hate the country that gave you your fame and fortune. Everyone else just laughs and knows how to take a joke except dusty from the trailer.
This podcast has been the highlight of my week since 2020. Me and my buddy saw Nate in Charleston this year.
However, Dusty takes himself WAAAYYY too seriously now in days. When he first came on he could laugh at his own beliefs or thoughts being picked at… and now it’s just uncomfortable. When they have to talk him out of being offended it’s not fun. Replace Dusty with Derrick Stroup!!
As a family with five kids 11 and under our house is a bit… chaotic.
Recently I’ve started channeling Dusty Slay and when things go awry I just say, “We’re having a good time.” My big kids typically yell out, “No we’re not!” But it helps me reframe the moment and remember how good this life really is.
I’ve said it so much, that this morning during a crazy Sunday morning rush my three year old boldly proclaimed “We’re having a good time!” It instantly changed the moment and changed the traject... more
I so enjoy this podcast. It lights up my day. From Ohio and just found the Ohio episode. Really good. And saw Nate in person in Columbus this summer. Keep up the good clean comedy work. You are appreciated !!!
I have been here since day one and I am a huge fan of the whole crew but Nate’s partnership with Zyn, a company known for marketing kids, is truly disgusting. This is far from “good clean fun”. I wanted to draw all of your attention to this issue and call for Nate to cancel his show. I have seen a new side of Nate, a side that prioritizes money over values. I love you all but I cannot in good conscience support this anymore.
