I’ve listened to this while walking the dog, and it has been entirely delightful. The other day I was laughing so hard I had to clutch at a wall because I couldn’t breath. It’s clever without punching down, and I highly recommend it.
So I’ve just finished listening to The Stranger Times audiobook on audible, and thoroughly enjoyed it, the characters and story were ace - and as I’ve got to wait until my next credit to get the second book, I thought I’d check this out. Now I’m not normally one to leave a full review, I’ll just mark the stars and go cos I’m not overly articulate and basically just waffle a lot, but having just listened to the first four episodes, I had to say that episode 4 more
I love the books and was really excited to find that there was a related podcast. The stories are always entertaining and well written with excellent voice acting. Also introduced to a new series of books by Mark Stay which I love. Highly recommended.
I discovered the Stranger Times audiobook when it was on offer. Listened to it in one sitting. Great read/listen. The following two books are equally as good so hoping for more I found the podcast. I’ve always liked the weird news stories (Aliens turned my wife into a coffee table) and sci fi/paranormal books so this ticks all the boxes. The characters are likeable and brought to life but the excellent narration. Keep it coming. 5 stars!!!
I love these stories, I came via the Stranger Times audiobooks and have moved onto the Dublin Trilogies. more
