A great insight into the world of backcountry flying and STOL. Love the varied backgrounds of the guests and topics discussed. It leaves you wanting to buy a bush plane and go exploring the amazing places these planes can take you!!
Very inspiring and varied subjects and guests looking forward to more content
Just listened to the second episode - what a great story that Tom Huber tells!! I had to hear it right through to the end. Great entertainment! 👍👍👍 Thank you!
Before discovering this podcast I didn’t know we have such a lively STOL community in Europe. I followed adventures of Trent Palmer on Youtube, wondering if people like that are in Europe. Now I know about at least 10 people like that in several different countries. Maxime does the great job interviewing them and bringing up fantastic story from European backcountry.
I was surprised to see a podcast for such a niche subject and couldn’t be more stoked. The interviews are interesting and engaging. Can’t wait to see who comes on in future episodes. I’m not affiliated but an interview with some of the Flying Cowboys out of the western US would be awesome. Cheers!
You mentioned an aircraft called the Northerner more than once, when I google it I find nothing. Is there a website for it ? Is there photos of it? Who makes it? Where is it made ?
Thx
Been a pilot in France for the past 5 years, and wasn't aware of such a sweet pilot community in Europe. Thanks to you, I know it is possible to do STOL in Europe.
Great host and lovely French accent.
Continue ! :)

Finally a podcast showcasing European ‘bush’ flying. Great to get this community together. Thank you!
We enjoyed the first episodes and can’t wait to listen to the new ones.
I can highly recommend this podcast to everyone who shares the passion of flying.
Thanks for doing this.
Happy landings!
I just listened to the episode with Craig Lang from Flying Frontiers. It was absolutely fantastic. I was lucky enough to fly a safari with Craig in September 2019. I have been fortunate to experience some unique flying during my career but I can honestly say this was the most thrilling week of flying I have ever enjoyed. I thought the podcast did a wonderful job highlighting this experience and as always, Craig did a great job articulating what his company has to offer. I am looking forward to m... more
