I love the examples of getting free as having clear intention, reading researching, holistic healing through certain plant medicine, going on retreats.
As a person who was searching on how to liberate my self before. When I first got on the path it was extremely hard to grasp because a lot of terminology was always used but no step by step method and how to shift our paradigm of thinking between the spaces of thought and action.
