The Speaker Lab Podcast is genuinely one of those rare finds that feels like a cheat code for anyone who wants to become a confident, impactful speaker. Every episode is packed with real, practical advice—not just vague motivation—which makes it super easy to actually apply what you learn.

  • Sometimes helpful

I’ve found that the content is sometimes helpful but other times I’ve been screaming “No! Do not do that!” (e.g. to pause halfway through a keynote and say something like “You’re open for business…come see me…” or to suggest people can step out in the hallway after your talk if there’s another speaker after you - that is incredibly rude to the other speaker). So yes, listen and find some tidbits but be sure not to take 100%.
