  • a look into cool people doing cool things in western mass

Unique podcast featuring interesting characters in the Western Mass scene. The hosts are a married couple and play well off each other joking around and genuinely interested in their guests. Anyone in the Valley interested in an entertaining way to see who’s doing cool stuff in Western Mass, The Soft Serve podcast is definitely worth a listen.

  • Western MA represent!

Local podcasts! We need more of these. If you are a western Mass resident, you want to subscribe. Largely arts and culture with occasional politics (more politics, Stomping Jen and Sawtooth Frank, please!) it’s a great listen. Also more Stomping Jen.

  • Unexpected and thoughtful

I have listened to the first six episodes so far. The topics vary widely as do the guests. I have been told that the first episodes, a couple years old by this writing, are the beginnings of a project that has changed to bring more thoughtful conversation on a wide variety of topics. I hope the silliness of some episodes continues as well. This podcast is a welcome change from the surface-talking that seems to pervade my life right now and I am most thankful for the deep dives into subjects.

  • A fellow podcaster is delighted

I’m embarrassed to admit I’d never heard of this podcast until they had my friends and former podcast guests, Josh Suchoza and Jason Montgomery, on a recent episode. Now, I’m a dedicated listener and have gone all the way back to the first episode to embark on my listening adventure. I’m very much enjoying the episodes on the 52 lists book, and the repartee between Sawtooth Frank and Stomping Jen. Consider me hooked on Soft Serve.
