I came to this podcast hoping to learn more about transitioning to a career in social media management. Episode 24 sounded like the perfect starting point — An entire episode dedicated to whether a marketing degree was necessary for the field. Not only did Dakota fail to properly answer her listener’s question, but she went on to tell her fairytale story about accepting a lengthy unpaid internship at a fashion business in NYC, which eventually led to her working with various celebrities.
