  • Awesome practical tips in a catch up with your girlfriend style!

We used Brittany for both our boys to reset their sleep habits at age 2 and 5. I wish we had done it sooner. The custom sleep package was great and definitely our sanity and marriage. I love the podcast because I get little tips that are super practical. So grateful!

  • Love!

So helpful, affirming, data-backed, and humorous. Brittney seems to have covered every relevant sleep/ parenting/ etc topic…but still manages to come up with new, equally relevant episodes. I so appreciate the information she shares, and in such an easily digestible manner.
