Elliot is an excellent interviewer and provides a lot of his own valuable insight. This is great show to add to your repertoire of pod listens, there’s always a gold nugget of information to learn!
This is a good podcast for those looking for a great host with guests who cover a number of different topics related to mental and physical well being. I think some of the episodes go a bit longer than necessary, but the content is great and I am confident that I’ll learn a lot from continued listening.
I’m always impressed by Elliot Hasoon’s knack for making fitness and health both understandable and engaging. Each episode leaves me with practical tips and deeper insights into wellness. It’s a solid blend of fitness and motivation.
