Sasha is incredibly knowledgeable, and coveys that knowledge in such a genuine way. It's very easy to listen to this podcast while spinning or doing anything else, and the episodes are brief, so they're easily consumable.
Sasha is great at explaining techniques and describing fibers, tools, etc. You cannot listen to her podcast and not learn something new.
