a lovely podcast with beautiful insights.
Discovered this podcast through insight timer. What a dynamic duo moulding ancient wisdom with practical modern day psychological tools. Highly recommend. I find myself asking more questions as the episodes come to a close and looking forward to more to come.

I throughly enjoyed this podcast. I’ve been following Davidji for awhile now and have taken a few of his courses on Insight Timer, I didn’t realise that Elizabeth was on there too, I’ve started following her.
