Must hear. You wouldn‘t be disappointed!
Wonderful series. Got me happily switched to BWT magnesium mineralized filters. If you are reading this James, I love all your work. Have a look at the site density.coffee, I think you will find it interesting.
I really enjoyed this podcast from start to finish. Everything was well researched and super useful for both a casual and expert coffee drinker. I highly recommend listening to this even if you want just a little more knowledge.
This is the best podcast series I’ve ever heard.
This was a very interesting podcast that was well presented. I’ve always been interested in pulling the perfect shot, but never thought about the coffee industry beyond my local cafe and roaster. The episode about coffee farmers and how so little can do so much was enlightening. Great piano music to go with a soothing voice that is as smooth and aromatic as the espressos it describes. This podcast is a must for all coffee lovers!
