  • Great to see “The Return of J. Kyle Mann”

Five stars, and subscribed. Like many who grew up watching college basketball in the era when the best players often stayed in school 4 years, and only the absolute superstars dared to go “hardship” after their Junior year — the one-and-done era has made the sport difficult to follow and enjoy. And while I love Giannis & Luka, it’s hard to follow who the best International 20-year-old players are, out of the 7-8 billion people in the world. So it was Kyle, KOC, and Tjarks (Rest in Peace) who b... more

  • Whole league coverage optional

It’s an ok podcast but man do they never wanna say anything about teams that aren’t big market. The coverage of this years draft so far has been pretty lame. Like I get it “everyone says this years draft is bad”…. Can we get some other analysis beyond that? Can we try to really analyze some of these lottery picks? Can we get someone to come on and really put money where mouth is and try to be predictive and serious?

P3's President on the Company's Evolution, Revolutionizing the NBA Combine, and the Future of Biomechanics in Basketball
Q: Do you see any correlation between the load that players are given at a young age and injuries?
It's likely that the amount of basketball played during development contributes to injuries, but it's a complicated issue that involves multiple factors.
P3's President on the Company's Evolution, Revolutionizing the NBA Combine, and the Future of Biomechanics in Basketball
Q: Is there an athletic trait that you have come to appreciate more in your time testing athletes that gets overlooked by the general public?
The ability to decelerate is often undervalued but is a crucial trait for success.
P3's President on the Company's Evolution, Revolutionizing the NBA Combine, and the Future of Biomechanics in Basketball
Q: What do teams get out of the combine versus what do they come to you guys in search of in terms of data?
Teams historically come to P3 to close the gap between the traditional performance output measures and the underlying mechanics that drive those outputs.
Climbers, Divers, and Underrated Prospects from the College Basketball Season
Q: Is there somebody in this class that you think is a star bet that nobody's talking about?
I think Collin Murray-Boyles has some star qualities, but needs to work on his shooting. Cedric Coward is another guy that could emerge as a top player if he recovers from injury and continues to develop.
Climbers, Divers, and Underrated Prospects from the College Basketball Season
Q: Who has been the biggest climber for you in this 2025 NBA Draft class?
Probably Carter Bryant for me. He has climbed dramatically since he didn't start this year at Arizona.
