It’s a shame. Rich used to drop a lot of value in these podcasts. Sometimes, there is still a nugget here and there. Unfortunately, it looks like he’s succumbed to the “influencer lifestyle.” It’s now all about the sizzle and not the substance: guests come on talking about the “private jet game,” people ramble about “being a high value male.” It’s not about real estate anymore, despite Rich crowing for years that RE is the best investment due to its tangibility and scarcity.
