I listen to a lot of history podcasts and enjoy different podcasts for different reasons. This is great for when I am engaged in something that prevents me from being able to focus on something detailed and in-depth. That said, it prompts some curiosity to dig further sometimes. I find the criticisms about bias funny. The tone of his voice could never ever be mistaken for a rant! Hahaha! Paul delivers some very nice vignettes of history. One thing that takes away from the program is the music loop in the background. It is annoying and prevents binge listening.
Recommend replacing or better do not have music while Paul is talking.
