I’ve listened to this podcast for quite a while - I was bothered by the attitudes of ty er presenters sometimes but went with it until they had the temerity to slate the genius that is Rowan Atkins. Maybe other presets who have a lesser view of themselves - content great - but presenters - get over yourselves
I generally enjoy this podcast but the ‘HMS Britannia’ episode is ridiculously and unapologetically royalist. I am particularly disappointed that the Australian commentator didn’t contribute any balance.
It would have been easy to simply suggest that ‘some’ might question the established assumption; that the commonwealth are willing victims to the fraud that continues to be perpetuated by ‘the royals’. But then again, the Aussies are the only country who voted to keep the queen!

I love comedy, weird facts, all that kind of stuff. This podcast is exactly what I needed, it gets my brain working in a morning and is short enough that I can deal with it when I’ve just woken up. Weekends feel weird now because there’s no episode to wake up to. However… I can hear the spit in Rebecca’s consonants, she needs a better mic!
