These dudes are quite possibly the worst moderators/interviewers I've ever heard. Empty headed gym bros who kept looking for "gotcha" moments with the CEO of ARXfit and he continuously answered their objections with statistics and in a friendly manner even though they were condescending. Terrible terrible show
The RTL podcast is one of the finest conversations available to the strength and conditioning community. Ryan and Paul present i formation in a concise manner that is easy to follow and understand. Whether they are interviewing someone in the field, doing a Q and A and just talking to each other, I always get the sense that they’re talking with me, not talking at me.

There’s always something new to learn from nutrition, training goals, motivation, to mindset changes.
