There is some sound advice to be found here. Already in the short time the pod has been live, I’ve found healing from some of the principles discussed. My favorite episode so far was with guest therapist Emil Harker. Thank you for sharing your expertise and that of your colleagues with us, J! And the dating call in shoes are great because they highlight real world red flags which Jonathan attentively and responsibly addresses that serve as protection for listeners.

Jonathan is quick witted, thoughtful, and professional and his sincerity for helping other people comes through in his jovial approach to therapy and mental health.
