  • The best Red Sox podcast!

This is the best Red Sox podcast around! Jake, Bob, Eric and Keaton provide analysis with insight, humor and intelligence.

What sets this show apart from others is how smartly they talk about the team without ever being boring or overly wonky.

It’s thoughtful, sharp and entertaining. One of the highlights of my week is when a new episode drops and I recommend it to all Sox fans!

  • Best Sox Pod there is!

Been listening on various threads for seemingly ever, but probably about 8 years. Love the new feed that is separate from the former group feed. Excellent analysis and good, topical humor. Focus always on what’s happening with various angles. Jake, Bob, Keaton, and now Eric provide a variety of perspectives from different angles. Best Red Sox podcast you can find. Keep up the good work guys!

  • The GOATs of Red Sox Media

The Red Seat is the best part of my week, hands down. These guys are knowledgeable, entertaining, funny and passionate. There are few details they leave out and always address the things you don’t think about. The kind of dudes you would gladly buddy up with at Fenway in the bleachers. Keep it going gentlemen. Always a pleasure to listen.

  • Best Red Sox pod

The Red Seat has been a must listen for me for the last few seasons. There isn’t a pod out there that covers the team as well as they do. Funny and insightful, will not disappoint.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The Red Seat: Exceeding Expectations, Still Disappointing
Q: What did you think of that move with Baio being pulled at less than 30 pitches?
Eric believed it was the right call as Baio usually spirals when he struggles, and with a well-rested bullpen, Cora made a strategic decision.
The Red Seat: Sox Bats Need Nugenix
Q: So Eric, if they don't make the playoffs, who are you calling for first?
I think I'm calling for both. If I had to go one before the other, I go Breslow.
The Red Seat: The Roman Empire Falls
Q: What do you think Toli's ceiling is?
He absolutely can be a number two starter.
The Red Seat: The Roman Empire Falls
Q: What would it take to get Adley Richmond from the Orioles during the next off season?
It could be a fair package, but the Orioles will likely not want to sell low on him despite his down year.
The Red Seat: Devers fallout
Q: Can you discuss the pitching rotation, which players to keep and which to move, any pitching trade targets or potential free agent signings?
There's not a lot of teams that have good pitching assets, but Texas and Chicago could be potential targets if they fall out of contention.
