I’m constantly amazed by the amount of knowledge that Paul Myers has in the music business. But not only that he is a successful writer that gives him an uncanny ability to communicate with his audience. Tons of stuff here that I never knew and so happy that I listen to this podcast.
Paul, I never would have found this podcast if you weren’t on “Fly On the Wall.” So glad I heard you mention it because this podcast is a music lover’s paradise. Just listened to your interview with Peter Guralnick, and have only read his excellent “Finding Robert Johnson.” Now I have much more to read! Your interview style is so casual and informative. Keep up the great work. Oh, and I also plan to add your John Candy bio book to my list of Christmas purchases - for myself and a few friends.
Insightful questions with warmth and humour posed to the highest calibre of guests!
This is consistently a great podcast with amazing interviews with superstars and (equally interesting) lesser known artists.
Great podcast for keeping up with what's happening in music, not just bands and musicians, but also famous music fans. Nicely paced with usually more than one guest per episode.
