The breadth and depth of his words and thoughts are only outshined with his immaculate delivery. Thank you JW, for being your genuine and beautiful self.
Brilliant wordsmith who deals with a lot deep subjects of life but keeps it humorous. His podcast is time well spent.
Crossed paths with Jerry Wayne fortunately a couple of seasons back on the FB sideshow that happens off the main page. My first thought was that he must have been a long-lost Lone Star cousin of Hagrid. The more I heard from him the more I liked what I heard. We are from different states and different histories, but he is the crusty uncle you can’t always agree with but can’t stop loving either.
I’m from the north east, big snow and warm summers, JW, he’s my kinda people. I’m listenin to every one. Git after it hoss. ❤️
…and we love ya!

A storytelling-first show that blends blue-collar work, automotive passion, and personal growth with humor and nostalgia. Episodes center on car lore, family, and honest life lessons drawn from everyday, hands-on experiences—often shot through Texas-born regional flavor and a love of machines. The host's candid, reflective style plus guest anecdotes around vehicles, work ethic, and resilience make it appealing to listeners who enjoy down-to-earth storytelling, practical repair tips, and heartfelt life narratives. A standout trait is the seamless weaving of technical tinkering with relatable, family-centered themes, creating a distinctive voice in the automotive/leisure space.
