Way to many ads. Talk for 5 minutes then 2:30 minute ad. Curse too much. The podcast use to be just talk about last race and giving spotter perspective and insight. Now it’s a talk show not about the the race. Now I only am only gonna listen to the tear down. I miss Brett and TJ.

  • Welcome back!

You were missed! Tommy’s phone number thing was freaking classic. As much as I like Bowman Gray, the clash should be in a warmer state, like Daytona!

Live From Fan Day
Q: Do you think a driver like Raleigh Herbst could end up at Legacy or a similar team next year, and what about other driver movements mentioned?
They indicate a strong likelihood of Herbst moving to Legacy next year, with ongoing talks near completion, and discuss possible promotions or buyouts involving Corey Day and Connor Zilisch, weighing the fit and potential paths within Hendrick and affiliated teams.
Live From Fan Day
Q: What's your take on the Hall of Fame voting process and whether it should be opened up to more candidates?
The panelists argue that expanding the ballot to allow more names and a higher threshold for induction would better reflect the deserving candidates who sometimes get leapfrogged by others; they propose a system where up to 10 names could be on the ballot with 75% support to be inducted, to ensure true merit is recognized.
We Finally Got Cleetus McFarland On The Show
Q: What are Cleetus' goals for the near future in racing?
He aims to run full ARCA seasons, gain seat time, and gradually build toward Cup-level competition, while enjoying the process and learning from higher-tier teams.
Kurt Busch & Kaden Honeycutt: Imaginary Friends, Weekend of Wins & Brother Kyle
Q: What stands out about Kurt Busch's career arc and Hall of Fame induction?
Kurt emphasizes a blue-collar upbringing, longevity, and the dedication it takes to perform for two decades; his induction is described as the culmination of hard work, perseverance, and the right opportunities coming together in a historically challenging era of NASCAR.
Before You Blame Cody Ware, Tommy Wants To Speak
Q: How does Sam Hunt describe his transition into team ownership?
He emphasizes surrounding himself with good people, learning from the process, and valuing the ability to reward the team through participation and growth rather than chasing trophies alone.
