Listening to the maternal compass miniseries has been so insightful while on my second postpartum journey and reflecting on the rollercoaster that is being a mom in every new stage, navigating each new challenge, and tackling mom anxiety. Thank you for sharing and creating community!
I’m so thankful a friend introduced me to Cally & Emily’s podcast—I laughed, I cried…all in a few minutes, which is actually really cool. All so relatable even though I’m a little farther into midlife momming. Thank you!
I look forward to listening to these ladies every week—it’s truly one of the highlights of my week. Their topics are always engaging, relatable, and leave me wanting more!
Full disclosure - I’m their Mom, so I’m bringing the full picture of these two hosts. I’m loving how this endeavor balances their gifts. The RealMom hub, born out of a desire to help other moms, has also fueled some honest self-reflection. Watching my fledged daughters soar = so much joy. (They definitely don’t use all of those words around me, just sayin’.)
I’m anxious to hear where the hosts go with this podcast. They’re pretty new to the mothering game, but I know they’re going to be talking to a whole range of mothering experiences. I think they’re prey brave for taking on a topic as big and profound as this.

The show stands out for its warm, humorous tone, real-life storytelling, and a focus on growth through challenges rather than “bouncing back.” It frequently features guests who bring clinical, brand, or lived-experience perspectives on parenting, mental health, and community building, making it a resource for listeners seeking actionable advice, relatable narratives, and a sense of shared sisterhood in the motherhood journey.
